Outcome

The project encountered a range of technical challenges, particularly in preserving historical analytics data and migrating existing target activities. However, the consolidation effort significantly reduced the time to go live for brands that were in the early to mid stages of their implementation. These brands were able to leverage existing integrations and workflow patterns, thereby avoiding common platform pitfalls and accelerating their deployment timelines.
