Outcome
We led a test project to compare Adobe Tags with our existing Ensighten system. The goal was to see which platform would work better for our clients needs. We tested both systems to see how they handled different business tasks, focusing on three main areas: how teams could access and use the system, how well it worked with other tools, and how it performed on different types of websites (including Adobe Experience Manager and Single Page Applications). We also looked at how easy it was to update tags, use troubleshooting tools, and maintain security controls. After collecting and analysing all the test results, we had clear evidence that Adobe Tags would be a better choice. This gave the organisation confidence to switch from Ensighten to Adobe Tags, knowing it would meet both their current needs and support future growth.
