Outcome
We upgraded Adobe Analytics across multiple company websites, making it easier to manage and maintain by using global naming conventions. We used Adobe Tags to smoothly roll out these changes to all sites at the same time, which helped avoid ongoing disruptions reporting. The new implementation was built to be future-proof – it can easily support with other Adobe tools if the company decides to use Adobe Experience Platform later. This upgrade not only improved the quality of Adobe Analytics reporting and improved tag management it also prepared the organisation for future growth in its digital capabilities.
